Derek J. Hert, a true Alaskan,
was born in Ketchikan during the beautiful month of July in
1976. He was raised by his parents on a platform of morality and
a love of the outdoors. That has followed him to adulthood and
to his business. Today, Derek has been a realtor for over five
years in the Anchorage area and has built a close network of
friends, family and clients. He attended the University of
Alaska, Anchorage and is committed to ensuring the long-term
viability of Anchorage and Alaska as a whole. Derek is a member
the National Association of Realtors, Alaska Multiple Listing
Service, Realtor, and Alaska Airmen’s Association. He enjoys
fishing, skiing, camping, biking and lives with his partner of
seven years Matt and their two dogs, Pilot and Cessna.
