Born in Brookline, I own & live in a 2-family in the Riverside
area of Cambridge. Shortly after earning my MBA, I began in real
estate as the Manager of a rental office. I joined Coldwell
Banker in 1995 & earned the Carlton Hunneman Award for the
highest sales for a new agent. In my 2nd year, I earned a vice
presidency, which is awarded to those in the top 2%.
I was one of the 1st agents in the Cambridge area to practice
Buyer Brokerage. One of the top 50 agents out of the
approximately 3400 Coldwell Banker agents in Massachusetts. I am
a real estate investor and have done extensive renovations, 1031
exchanges and condo conversions. We love to help our clients
accomplish their real estate goals.
I love what I do yet I try to spend about 25% of my time doing
non-profit work. I'm a Board Member for GLAD, an HRC Fed Club
Member & a MassEquality volunteer. My wife Debbie & I work as a
