I am a graduate of
Penn State University where I majored in Human Development with
an emphasis in Business Administration. Although I am a
multi-million dollar volume agent, I consider the reason for
achieving this volume to be far more significant than the volume
I sell. I take a counseling approach with my clients. I want my
clients to be well-informed with detailed information about the
local market, what they can expect to encounter during our
adventure, and how to reduce the stress that can come along with
home buying or selling.
I put my clients in a position where they are able to make the
best decisions. There is no such thing as a stupid question. My
clients love my approach, my accessibility, my knowledge of the
market, and my sense of humor. Keeping all communication
positive during the negotiation period makes for beneficial
outcomes for my clients. For relocating clients, I can also
provide excellent insight into the GLBT community in Rhode
Island and love putting my clients in touch with GLBT resources
and other GLBT clients when so desired to make the Rhode Island
transition as smooth as possible.
