Originally from a small town in Wisconsin his relocation to the
Twin Cities began with a teaching opportunity for a high school
marketing program in Elk River, Minnesota. It afforded him the
opportunity to practice and demonstrate the benefits of Real
Estate in a teaching environment. Realizing the benefits of
owning Real Estate, Travis purchased his first investment
property in 1999.
With his 12 years of Real Estate experience, now at RE/MAX
Advantage Plus he continues to exceed his goals and was 1st
inducted into the 100% Club in 2005, then earned a Platinum
award in 2006 and 2007. In 2008, 2009 and 2010 he was nominated
as a Twin Cities "Super Agent". Averaging nearly $10,000,000 in
sales yearly he currently holds a spot in managing a top 25
Re/Max team. The GLBT community either directly from marketing
or indirectly from past satisfied referrals accounts for over
half of our annual business.
As the Principal of New Home Store Team, Travis focuses on the
marketing and networking of the business and also oversees his
team of buyer agents, assisting them in prospecting, lead
generation, and property location. He is our fearless leader who
is always looking for ways to keep his team on top and give his
clients the service they need and deserve.
