It has always been a dream of mine to practice Real Estate.
Two years ago, I was fortunate enough to join the NUMBER 1 team
in the entire Las Vegas Valley - The Shapiro & Sher Group of
Prudential.
Through the years, the Shapiro & Sher Group has become the
benchmark for professionalism, expertise, and integrity in the
industry. With sales exceeding $350 MIllion in 2007 alone, the
group is in the TOP 10 in the nation.
Our specialty is High End Homes, and Luxury High Rises, but we
are always willing and happy to assist buyers and sellers in any
price range. The Shapiro & Sher Groups' mastery of the market,
razor sharp skills, and experience has earned us a reputation of

For me, service is the key. My number one priority is assisting
my clients in achieving their Real Estate goals, whether buying
or selling. I am also very active in the local glbt

Rob Schlegel moved
to Las Vegas in 1974 to become production manager for the Valley
Times (daily) newspaper, eventually acting as the de facto
general manager. The Valley Times newspaper, Las Vegas’ third
daily newspaper, closed in 1984 upon the death of its publisher.
During the next 24 years, Rob owned and operated several
publications in Southern Nevada, has been active in politics and
has been a community leader, participating in, or founding
numerous events and organizations which benefited the community.
During a brief sabbatical from publishing, Rob set up a medical
practice for a local physician and managed the business for just
over one year.
Also during this time, Rob bought, sold and managed a variety of
real estate properties, but never as a professional real estate
agent.
In 2002, Rob decided to go into real estate full time, went back
to school, became licensed and later joined Elite Realty. During
the second quarter of 2007, he was ranked #152 among nearly
20,000 real estate agents.

in marketing, advertising, and public relations, along with over
ten years of customer service experience, the Real Estate
Business is a perfect fit for me!
I am a well-rounded executive performing both the duties of a
listing agent and buyers agent. It is important to know,
understand, and develop skills for both sides of the transaction
so that I may better serve my clients in the negotiating
process.
So far, I have sold over $5,000,000 of residential real estate
this year. I sold over $7,000,000 in 2006. I am on the path of
meeting my projected goal for 2008 of 20 transactions as well.
I will also work toward achieving four Realtor designations -
CRS, ABR, RRG, SRES.
In addition, I am also planning to get my real estate license in
California by the end of this year.
