Scott has been a full time agent since 1981 and an Associate
Broker since 1984. He excelled to the top of his field in just a
few years and attributes his success to taking excellent care of
his clients. Scott can help you with Single Family homes,
Corporate Relocation, Investment Properties, Condominium Sales,
New Construction, Farms and Land.
To better serve his clients, Scott has a staff of licensed
assistants. Scott's interests include performing in local
theatre (since high school), biking, travel, entertaining,
dining, wines, gardening and travel. In addition, Scott serves
on the Arts & Education Committee for the Westmoreland Trust and
has in the past served on many community boards including
Habitat for Humanity, American Heart Association,
Mercy/Jeannette Hospital Foundation, Apple Hill Playhouse,
Greensburg Civic Theatre, Ligonier Valley Players, Greensburg
American Opera and more.
For the past 15 years, Scott has taught classes at a local
college on buying and selling real estate. Scott resides in the
mountains of the Laurel Highlands and his primary market area is
Westmoreland County (areas listed above). Although, having a 2nd
home in the Shadyside area of Pittsburgh has given him an
appreciation of city living and he has sold in the city as well.
Scott has had over 28
