Chris and Andrew are both South Bay natives and have over 27
years of combined Real Estate experience. We take pride in the
fact that the majority of our business is generated from repeat
clients and referral clientele. We demonstrate a high level of
commitment, with exceptional service, and direct, personal
attention. We are currently associated with South Bay Brokers
and Shorewood Realtors, two of the leading brokerage companies
in Los Angeles County.
Chris has over 21 years of experience in the Real Estate
industry and has been a licensed agent since 1997. He obtained
his Brokers license in 2003 and had previously completed the
Residential Real Estate Appraisal certification course. He is a
native of Manhattan Beach and has been a lifelong resident of
the South Bay and Westside areas. In his spare time Chris
volunteers extensively with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of
Greater Los Angeles.
Andrew is a fourth generation Los Angeles native and a second
generation South Bay native. As such, he understands the desire
to live in one of the best regions of Southern California. In
his first year as a Realtor he was recognized as his brokerage’s
“Rising Star”, and has continued with solid results in the years
since.
Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Andrew worked in project
management on a multitude of commercial and residential
construction and development projects. As a full time
professional Realtor, he brings not only his intimate knowledge
of the area that he has lived and studied in all his life, but
also valuable past experience entitling, designing and building
all forms of real estate.
We immerse ourselves in real estate to learn the details of
areas, schools, lifestyles, property types and demographics; and
study the market daily to cultivate an extensive knowledge of
the inventory and market trends which will prove valuable to you
whether you are interested in selling or buying a principal
residence or income property or are simply curious about the
market and would like more information. Combine this with the
fact that both Chris and Andrew were raised in Real Estate and
construction based family businesses giving us a lifetime of
