REALTOR in the Lynchburg area for over twenty-five years.
Ranking in the top five agents in his board since 1984, closing
almost thirty-eight million dollars in residential sales in
2008. Robert is proficient in relocation, subdivision developing
and sales as well as neighborhood marketing. In the forefront of
marketing new homes and construction in this area Dawson Ford
Garbee is a leader in new construction, residential resales and
land development.
Robert's volunteer present and past consists of Lynch's Landing,
Friday Cheers, Board member of Academy of Music, Board of
Realtors Board of Directors, Lynchburg Humane Society,
Alzheimer's Association, President of Ms. Lynchburg Scholarship
Foundation and other charitable organizations. Robert has
chaired and been a member of Lynchburg Association Of REALTORS
Education Committee, MLS Committee, Awards Committee and other
local committees. Robert received the Rookie of the Year award
in 1982, achieved the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS Level of
Excellence Award numerous years. He also received the Sales
Associate of the Year for the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS
in 1987, 2003 and again 2005.
