Tim’s success has always been

real estate experience has been with Sotheby’s International
Realty, for the past four years he has been working directly
with the broker, building sales and marketing packages and
collaborating with agents in their marketing strategies.
Tim currently is an active realtor with Sotheby's International
Realty. Tim Cardy began his career in the real estate business
in upstate New York, throughout the eighties. It was a period of
time when Albany was undergoing many changes and most of the
downtown area was becoming “Historic.” Tim worked very closely
with all of his clients due to the unique characteristics of the
area, mostly 1880’s brownstones, many abandoned, many gutted
with just a shell remaining, creating many challenges in
financing, renovation and maintaining historical accuracy. His
vision, caring, passion for historical architecture and quality
of customer service made him a successful real estate agent.
