I’m a gay man and have been happily married to my partner,
David, since 1989. We have owned multiple homes together, first
in now-trendy South Philadelphia, then in the heart of “center
city” Philadelphia and, since, 1996 in suburban Montgomery
County.
I transitioned into real estate after 25 years of selling
high-end jewelry. I know this area inside and out and from many
perspectives. The friendly people, the rolling countryside,
miles of bike trails, canoeing on the Schuylkill River, the
beauty of the seasons, farmer’s markets, great local shopping
and a “happening” downtown Phoenixville renaissance make this
the best place we’ve ever lived. The City of Brotherly love is a
mere 45-minute drive away and is bursting with more theatres,
museums, restaurants, history, nightlife, The Gayborhood and
much more. Mid-town Manhattan is 90 minutes up the road. And you
would not believe the shopping that is within minutes in every
direction.
