Prior to real estate, I worked for 15 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry. It was there that I learned to cultivate and provide a high level of customer service and practice great attention to detail. Realizing that people have many choices (whether it's restaurants or real estate agents) means that one must always provide consistent, exceptional service in order to succeed. I believe it is this mindset of great customer service, combined with my knowledge of the market, that my clients appreciate the most.

Richard grew up as an Air Force brat, moving into new places on a regular basis. He attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, learning management skills at a busy local restaurant, eventually transferring to the company's corporate headquarters in Palm Springs after college.

His next career was in the real estate business, buying older homes and remodeling them, and then selling them for a profit. In 1997, he parlayed his skills into the real estate market, obtaining his Real Estate license, and then becoming a Palm Springs Real Estate Broker the next year. He is also a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI), having completed their twelve-course program. In 2001, he earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements.

Today, he enjoys working with Palm Springs area buyers and sellers, saving his clients thousands of dollars with his negotiating skills and knowledge of the real estate process.
