I work with clients with their primary residences, investment properties, vacation rentals, and second homes. I have established formal associations with excellent Realtors® in other destination areas (Lake Tahoe, Vail, Aspen, Hawaii, Santa Fe etc), should a referral be required.
I also work in land both residential and agricultural, with a focus on vineyard properties. I am the author of the “Happy Homes for Everyone” program. At the close of each real estate transaction a contribution is made to the charity of her client’s choice.
