I relocated to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in 1990. I am a
successful full-time licensed REALTORŪ and a two-time Re/Max 100
Percent Club award recipient. I began my career in the “family
business” of buying, selling and renovating both commercial and
residential properties in Delaware and Maryland. Having been
blessed with the opportunity to work with outstanding realtors
on over 100 transactions, I learned what it takes to be a
superior real estate agent.
Armed with this knowledge, I decided to pursue my real estate
license. Coming from a marketing and sales background and having
been involved in many business ventures locally and in the metro
areas of Washington, DC; Baltimore, Maryland and Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida … I know what it takes to motivate a buyer and satisfy a
seller.

I was born in Chicago , Ill in 1957 and
became a Phoenix, AZ resident in my early teens. I watched my
father's strong work ethic as a child and carried that
throughout my life. In my later teens I joined the Air Force and
after 20 years of service, I retired as a Senior Master Sergeant
in 1996. While in the service, I earned my undergraduate degree
in Social Psychology from Park University , graduating Magna Cum
Laude. My life’s travels have taken me to all 48 contiguous
states as well as Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and Iceland, and I
finally moved to Delaware in 1992. After enjoying several years
of substitute teaching, I shifted my professional life and
joined the Keller Williams Realty team. I have served as a
Delaware Big Brother for the past 12 years and I find no greater
pleasure than giving back to our community. I am also an ardent
supporter of HRC.
The guiding principal in my professional life as a REALTOR is
the same as it is in my personal life; I adhere to the Golden
