Andrew Staton is a co-owner of the

B.A. degree in Political Science and History from Longwood
College and a Masters degree in Business and Technology
Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a
certified real estate auctioneer. He has more than 10 years of
academic and work experience. After a successful career in
management consulting as an associate with BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON,
Andrew moved to Rehoboth Beach to become a full time licensed
real estate professional. The transition to real estate was a
natural move after buying and selling numerous properties in and
around the beaches of Delaware. He felt he could provide the
level of professionalism and responsiveness that his clients
expect. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Andrew served in
the General Assembly of Virginia, at the Legislative Office of
Delegate (now State Senator) William C. Mims, as a legislative
assistant Andy's commitment to his profession transcends into
his involvement in the Realtor Association and the Community. He
is a member of the Grievance Committee of the Sussex County
Association of Realtors, President of the Rehoboth Beach Yacht &
Country Club Property Owners Association, President of the Tri
Delaware Triathlon Club, and a Board Member of the Gamma Mu
Foundation. . He lives in Rehoboth Beach, DE with his partner
and two dogs, and on most mornings, can be found swimming in the
ocean, running on the boardwalk or cycling down the highway
training for his next triathlon - (his other passion).

I was born in Chicago , Ill in 1957 and
became a Phoenix, AZ resident in my early teens. I watched my
father's strong work ethic as a child and carried that
throughout my life. In my later teens I joined the Air Force and
after 20 years of service, I retired as a Senior Master Sergeant
in 1996. While in the service, I earned my undergraduate degree
in Social Psychology from Park University , graduating Magna Cum
Laude. My life’s travels have taken me to all 48 contiguous
states as well as Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and Iceland, and I
finally moved to Delaware in 1992. After enjoying several years
of substitute teaching, I shifted my professional life and
joined the Keller Williams Realty team. I have served as a
Delaware Big Brother for the past 12 years and I find no greater
pleasure than giving back to our community. I am also an ardent
supporter of HRC.
